Annie’s Song; by White John Denver

I received a lovely song via the email by John Denver, and while I was totally enjoying it, I saw another song that I really like.  One that I have done in karaoke.  It is called “Annie’s Song.”  The pictures are of the places and things that put Aryans at the highest level of appreciation, spirituality, and love.  The song and lyrics below. I sang this several times in costumed Karaoke. This in honor of my White Polish American Mama, for her name was “Annie,” by her friends, (Anna) It was really odd, but when in Branson, I attended a John Denver impersonator concert. I was with a karaoke buddy. We left during intermission for a snack. But coming back to our seats it was pitch black. My friend, Karaoke Jim, Sinatra impersonator, fell, and he landed against the metal seat. I prayed right away, and he got up. What was odd, was that the John Denver impersonator was singing “Annie.” All is well.
You fill up my senses
like a night in the forest
like the mountains in springtime,
like a walk in the rain
like a storm in the desert,
like a sleepy blue ocean
you fill up my senses,
come fill me again.Come let me love you,
let me give my life to you
let me drown in your laughter,
let me die in your arms
let me lay down beside you,
let me always be with you
come let me love you,
come love me again.

(instrumental)

You fill up my senses
like a night in the forest
like the mountains in springtime,
like a walk in the rain
like a storm in the desert,
like a sleepy blue ocean
you fill up my senses,
come fill me again.
